This Privacy Policy explains how Anqor Studios LLC FZ ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Usetta. We are committed to handling your data responsibly.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: your name, email address, and business details provided at sign-up
• Knowledge base data: the product descriptions, tone guides, objection playbooks, and other content you enter into your knowledge base
• Message data: inbound messages from the channels you connect, and outbound replies generated by Usetta on your behalf — processed to provide the service and not retained beyond what is necessary
• Lead data: names, contact handles, conversation history, and lead state for contacts who message you through connected channels
• Usage data: page views, feature interactions, and performance metrics used to improve the service

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate the Usetta service — classifying intent, generating replies, and managing lead state on your behalf
• To send you account-related communications (billing, security, changes to the service)
• To send you service alerts by email (for example a new booking, a conversation that needs you, a channel problem, a daily summary). You can switch these off in Settings → Notifications
• To send you onboarding tips, product announcements and offers about Usetta. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not stop billing, security or account emails
• To improve the quality and reliability of the service
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your message content or knowledge base to train AI models beyond the scope of your own account.

3. Third-Party Services

Usetta integrates with the following third-party platforms to deliver the service:

• WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta)
• LinkedIn API
• Instagram Graph API (Meta)
• Facebook Messenger API (Meta)
• Anthropic Claude API — used to classify intent and generate replies
• DeepSeek — a language model provider used for some background steps, such as working out which order lookup to run when you have set one up. Conversation content is sent to it only for that step
• Resend — sends our emails to you. We share your name, email address, plan and account milestones (for example when you start a trial or connect a channel) so it can send you the right emails
• Stripe — payment processing (we do not store card details)

Each of these providers processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted in the European Union (AWS) or UAE region, depending on your account configuration. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to certain processing activities
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

7. Cookies

Usetta uses essential cookies and local storage for session management and authentication. With your consent, given via the cookie banner on our marketing site, we also use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand site traffic and measure ad performance — these never run until you actively accept. 8. Children

Usetta is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you via email before material changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
